1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • If there are unexpected delays due to high order volume or stock availability, customers will be informed.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, operational restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply based on order value and location.
  • COD Orders: Cash on Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track the status using the tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

  • Heroganic is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Heroganic ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
