Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- If there are unexpected delays due to high order volume or stock availability, customers will be informed.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, operational restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply based on order value and location.
- COD Orders: Cash on Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Any free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track the status using the tracking link provided.
5. Delivery Attempts
- The courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
- If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
- Heroganic is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Heroganic ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
