Absolutely. Heroganic products are designed to be gentle and effective for all skin and hair types, including sensitive skin.

3. How should I store my Heroganic products?

We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Products like soaps last longer when kept on a dry soap dish with drainage.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times typically are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
    (Delivery may vary due to logistics or weather conditions.)
    Note: These timelines are estimates.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue so we can assist you with return or replacement.

6. Can I return products if I change my mind?

Because of the hygiene nature of personal care items, we can accept returns only for unused, sealed products reported within the return window. Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed are generally not returnable.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Heroganic ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

8. How will I receive my order tracking details?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS with the courier partner information so you can monitor delivery status.
